Submission Guidelines
ICICDS accepts high-quality submissions describing the novel and unpublished results of conceptual, experimental, and theoretical work or research on any one of the topic areas mentioned in the Call for Papers. Submission of a manuscript to ICICDS 2026 implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
The criteria to be considered for submitting your paper to ICICDS 2026 are:
— Language
- The text should be in English. American or British usage is accepted.
- Authors should avoid grammar and typographical/spelling problems and adhere to standard publication quality.
— Length, Formatting & Paper Structure
- Submit a manuscript with 12-15 pages by the due date advertised on the conference homepage.
- Abstract
- Introduction
- Purpose/Objectives
- Methodology/Approach
- Findings/Results
- Conclusion/Future research direction
- Acknowledgements (when required)
- References
— Originality
- Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered.
- The paper must be written clearly and legibly, including all the figures and tables.
— Review and Notification of Acceptance
- To ensure a high-quality conference, all submissions will be assessed by the conference chair/program committee for technical merit and suitability to the conference theme.
- All abstracts will go through a peer-review carried out by reviewers selected by the conference program committee.
- All submitted papers will be judged based on their quality and relevance through a double-blind review process.
- Papers that do not conform to our submission criteria will be rejected without review.
- The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.

Academic Ethics
Articles submitted to the conference should report original and previously unpublished findings. Following ethical conduct is very
critical in the academic world. Hence, any act of plagiarism cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism,
the submission and publication will be automatically dismissed at any stage.
Cancellation Policy
After making the payment for ICICDS 2026, there will be no option to cancel or withdraw.
