Registration Guidelines

Prior to submission of the final paper, all authors need to obtain the official acceptance letter for the conference and then carry out the following steps:

— Step 1: Generation of the Final PDF file
  • Author should update the paper according to the review comments sent with the acceptance letter.
  • You can generate the PDF file from your source files (e.g. MS Word) and the generated PDF file will be publisher compliant.
  • After submitting the final manuscript file, the paper content and author details cannot be updated.
  • The PDF file should be sent along with the source file [MS Word/LaTeX].
— Step 2: Publishing Agreement/Copyright
If the paper is accepted for publication, a permanent transfer of copyright will be required.
The corresponding author should fill in the paper title, complete author details, and sign in the agreement. Please scan and upload it with the final documents.
